Social Model Recovery Systems - Omni Center

People who have Co-Occurring Disorders (CODs) can get full care at Social Model Recovery Systems. They treat both substance use disorders (SUDs) and mental health conditions. The building is home to the River Community Residential Program, Day Treatment Programs, and Outpatient Programs. It provides unified care that is tailored to the specific needs of people who are dealing with drug and mental health issues. The center has many different programs, such as detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient programs, intense outpatient services, partial hospitalization, aftercare, and sober living or halfway houses. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), activity therapy, anger management, and assertive community treatment are some of the ways they treat their clients. A multidisciplinary team guides each client's recovery process. Since 1986, the facility has been a reliable source for integrated care for CODs, which combines medical and social models of recovery. CARF has given Social Model Recovery Systems its seal of approval, which means it meets high standards for care and safety.
